Printable handout with two sides. One side has an area to write notes and below that is a placeholder for adding in your Territory/Sales Representative's contact information (these fields will need to be edited before print - your local printer can likely dynamically print from a provided excel list of names and contact information) . The other side has a list of QR codes that link directly back to the content as described. 

These can be printed at 5 x 7 double-sided and glued together in sheets like a notepad.
